A lawyer by education, the man has been instrumental in radicalizing the teaching methodology to enable the face of conducive and sustainable education and its dissemination in Rajasthan. He started his journey of characterizing and productively alleviating the higher education woes in Rajasthan in 2001. He believes that the Indian education structure is adept at making the future leaders technically sound in their respective fields; however, it falls short in instilling confidence in the students to go out and unfurl their flags in the real world. He believes that theright motivation and guidance at the correct time can reinforce the belief in students to go out and conquer the world.

He has been taking seminars on Career Counseling, Careers after XII, Careers after Engineering and Careers after Graduation in various schools and colleges. He counsels students on various options based on the understanding of student’s interest and inclination. He is also an expert in subject selection counseling. He has conducted many teachers training workshop with various CBSE schools of the State.
